Special Conditions:
Closing date of registration:
The closing date is July 31, 2021 and will not be extended , or sooner if the maximum number of dogs is reached earlier.
Exhibition:
The exhibition is held under the patronage Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI) and is held according to the rules and regulations of the Fédération Cynologique Internationale and the Raad van Beheer op Kynologisch Gebied in Nederland (Dutch Kennel Club). The exhibitor states that, by enrolling for the Show, he accepts the legal authority of the “Vereniging Raad van Beheer op Kynologisch Gebied in Nederland” (Dutch Kennel Club) and the operation of the “Kynologisch Reglement” (Kennel Club Rules) and that he may be considered to be familiar with these rules.
Not being allowed are:
Dogs with skin or ear disease. Dogs who do not have two normal testicles fully descended into the scrotum. Dogs that are owned by a Dutch owner and are not registered in the NHSB book. Dogs that have been docked to the ears. Dogs born after 1-9-2001who are docked at the tail and are coming from a country where this prohibition is in force.This also applies to visiting (not registered) dogs.
Entries and payments:
You have to pay the registration fee right away with the registration. Registration requires to pay the registration fee, even if you have to cancel your dog for the show. Exhibitors who have registered but have not yet paid after the closing date, will be refused on reaching the maximum number of dogs.
Judging:
The judging shall start at 09.00 am. Every exhibitor is obliged to ensure that he / she is present at the ring on time. Each participant irrevocably accepts the findings of the judge.
Benching:
There is no benching on our show. Of course you can also bring your own bench, but you must ensure that it is not placed inconveniently or blocks the aisles. So ensure free paths along the rings, emergency exits and fire hoses.
Damage:
Each exhibitor is personally responsible for the damage his / her dog inflicts on third parties. Any damage by visitor, shop owner, exhibitor or dog, can never be claimed with the organization of this show. The organization declines any liability in this. The organization reserves the right to refuse access to the exhibition of aggressive dogs and / or owners or have them removed from the exhibition building.
Force Majeure:
In case of force majeure and/or in the interest of the dogs, the exhibition has to be cancelled, there will be no full refund of the entry fee. In case of emergencies the organization considers itself not bound by the obligation to refund the entry fee in whole or in part.
If you can’t be present at the exhibition due to force majeure, there will be no refund of the entry fee.
